Podcast and Forum Technical Problems

iTunes getting a lot slower.

For the last couple of days I have noticed that the Dail Audio Bible has not appeared on iTunes before I leave for work. (08:00 BST)
When I get back from work it is available but the download from iTunes seems to take a lot longer than my early morning downloads used to. Todays episode for example took in the region of 15 mins to download. I expect this to come in sub 10 mins and the sizes do not seem to have gone up.
Is anyone else noticing this and has anyone found a way around it?
