Tell Us About Yourself and What the DAB Means To You

God's strength is back in my life
I was the best christian child there could be. I was Southern Baptist and those were the happiest times of my life. Around 16 years old, I was told in a group study that I always ask to many questions and by then I had had it. I left it all, and being a Baptist, I felt I had nothing to lose because I was going to burn in Hell now that I had left the church. So I partied and partied and did everything wrong a person was to do!!! But, the years have gone by and now I realize after all the hard times, pain, suffering, depression, that me and my wife needed God back... And now we have Him and listening to your audio Bible has been just another blessing added to my life! I've learned so much and the church I'm in now has helped along with Chuck Missler, Prophecy in the News, and Jimmi De Young on the internet has also helped so much in my study of Prophecy and End Times. They are coming fast and I'm a Pre-Trib Rapture believer and I think the trouble for the world are just now in the birth pangs. Thank you all so much and I'm only still in February on this 2011 DAB. God Bless you all!

That's awesome, man! My story is VERY similar. And the DAB has also been a huge tool for the Lord to work in my life again as well. Glad to hear your story! May God bless you and your wife this holiday season!

Heya Steve,

Thought I'd add my belated welcome to you here. You've shared a bit of yourself in this intro, and I hope you can return here to tell us even more!

I wonder if I can also encourage you to bring the things you've experienced/are experiencing in your Christian walk over to the other forums that are here on DAB? There's a wonderful diversity of brothers and sisters here to engage with, and we might all grow in our gathering with one another.

Hoping to see more of you, Steve! Nice to meetcha. :-)

Praying with you,

Tom
