Lord God Almighty, I give you praise and thanks tonight. My wife is 500+ miles away but you are working your will to bring us together. You left enough in my budget that me and my oldest could afford a nice steak dinner tonight, my middle children are with their grand parents and enjoying their attentions, and my youngest is with his father. I can only ask your grace upon him tonight.
My wife is blissfully asleep where she is and my eldest is talking to me in a meaningful and reasonable way, with respect and thought. For a 17 year old this is a great thing. He reached out to me to give me a hug and show his appreciation and respect.
Lord God Almighty, you are working in my life, and all that is right and comes about is for the glory of Your kingdom. Thank you and know the Your servant recognizes the ways you work in his life. Amen.
