How does one delete their account?

I have too many accounts on too many sites and really am receiving nothing from them. I am looking to delete this account, but I do not know how to do it. Can someone help me? Thanks!

I don't know how to delete your account here. Are you receiving emails from DAB that you don't wish to receive? There are settings that might help you.
