I signed up to DAB about 3 years ago, I have tried to read through the bible and just always fail. My year 2013 has been a struggle and now I know I am unable to do it alone.
In Jan. 2013, my husband lost his favorite Aunt she was so very very sweet. In May 2013 our son got married to the most beautiful girl in the world (smile) In June 2013 my husband's granddaughter graduated from high school and is going to St. Marys college in South Bend, IN. Father's day, my daddy fell and broke his hip. Daddy celebrated his 92 birthday in the hospital June 29, the only day he knew we were there. Daddy died July 4, 2013, I miss him terribly. My mom is 91 and lives by herself and that is what she wants to do. July 31, my husband's 67 birthday he was told he has lung cancer stage 1. He has gone for radiation (Cyberknife) in Charleston SC now we have to wait for March 13, 2014 to find out if the tumor is gone.
It has been a very difficult 2013 but I held onto my faith and I still do......but I am in need of other Christian friends.....I am in need of reading the bible.......
I will be on here daily reading the posts, reading the bible.......God Bless all of you.
