WHERE IS MY ORDER???????

I went to the store and ordered the MP3's for 2013. The website kicked me off, but I immediately got my credit card receipt showing I WAS CHARGED. the FAQ says to go to "MY AREA" but there's nothing there except it shows you all charged me $29. !!!!! The reason I'm ordering last year's broadcasts is because I'm having an issue with my own connection, I'm borrowing a friend's computer so I could just order last years dabs. So Ive been charged $30 for NOTHINGG!!!!! Where arethe MP3's???
