80% Playback stoppage on PC app podcast for Win 7

80% of the podcast startup app for PC [Win 7] the playback will stop at approx 3-4 minutes.
Restart will take you back to the beginning.
Workaround is to click on the bar at the point it has stopped to continue from where you are.
A solution to this would be much appreciated. Yours patiently persevering
