iPhone APP discussion

"The item you tried to buy is no longer available"
I've been trying to download the new app through itunes and through the link on the DAB homepage, but I keep running into this message - "The item you tried to download is no longer available. The availability of the item has changed. The same item may be available at a different price or some else in the store." Anyone else having this same issue?

I've seen this as well. We're looking into it and have no idea why this is appearing. Pray that Apple and AT&T haven't shut the app down for excessive bandwidth use although it appears if you already have the app it works perfectly/

I got the same thing... too bad I didn't find this yesterday! I hope it works soon, sounds like a great app!

Thanks for responding Brian. I really hope to download it soon. I can't wait to be able to stream the windfarm radio in my car! :o)

The problem is known and it is most definitely an Apple one. We've contacted them and proven the issue but they seem to not want to look into it. We're perplexed. Their response is that it is a user issue and if our "customers" are having problems then each customer needs to submit a support ticket. All I can ask is that you flood them with support tickets and let us know what they say.

Just submitted.

"Thank you for submitting your iTunes question to Apple. We respond to requests in the order they are received, and will contact you within ?48 hours."

Let's hope this gets sorted before New Year. Love you guys
